Coziwow 32''L Openable Wooden Hamster Cage

So far, so great! I was looking for a while to upgrade my hamster Cleo's cage for a bigger wooden one. I came across this one and decide to risk it even though there weren't many reviews. The cage arrived, and it was easy to put together, even if you don't have experience building or a lot of physical strength like me. The size is good for a dwarf or small Syrian like Cleo. Love the sliding doors and the fact that the roof is inclined also makes it a nice shelf on top for her supplies. It arrived 5 days before it was supposed to, and she's very happy with her upgrade. Downside is I wish it had more ventilation as I thought the top doors were mesh and not acrylic so i like to keep one of the top doors open, also the sides didn't include the holes to install the top door securing clips, so I will have to do those manually. As for cleaning I hope that it doesn't absorb much humidity from urine, so I'm looking into getting cage liners or even ceramic tiles (and eventually more enrichment toys). Also, I think the price is a bit high for the size.

I definitely like it! It’s bigger in person. I’m happy with this set up for now until I can get a bigger set up for my sweet bee. Wasn’t too hard to put together and it didn’t take hrs either. So far so good on not chewing through,but if your hammy is a chewer I’d recommend putting wired mesh over the holes to prevent escaping. Win win ??

This is a great hamster enclosure. There is plenty of space for your critters and space for lots of fun things for them to do. It is very sturdy and there is plenty of access to easily clean the enclosure. Would highly recommend over any wire/plastic cage any day!

This is a cute cage, I just wish the instructions were a little better and that the screws were also of better quality. The screws strip out super super easy so you have to be very careful. Otherwise it works just how I want it to! ??

I am happy with this cage. It gives plenty of room for toys, small platform, food/water container, exercise wheel, and a small house. Plus room to run!

This is an attractive cage for our Syrian hamster. We got the one with two lids, which are nice for access. It is easy to clean but the hamster pees in some of the corners and it makes the wood wet and leaks out a little bit. We also have to be careful where we put his house and things he can climb on because if he can reach the holes, he chews on them. One night we found him hanging from a hole that he was chewing on . At some point I’m pretty sure he could make the hole large enough to get through. Because he is a larger hamster we have to be careful of how much bedding we put in, so he cannot reach the holes. The locks on the side are not aligned correctly, but it’s not a problem for us because we make sure he cannot climb high enough to get out

 Okay so I would like to start off my review by saying the habitat is a very easy thing to build. I don’t know how or where it started in the reviews that it was a two person job? but fear not, it is easily a one person job, has easy instructions to read, and I finished building it in no more than 20 minutes. And this is coming from a 5’0, 27 year old woman who’s kinda okay when it comes to building things. (Maybe this matters but maybe it does idk do what you will with that info)As for the enclosure, it is definitely a BIG upgrade to what my dwarf hamster was originally in. My boyfriend and I rescued her from someone who wanted to give her up and she came in a small ass crappy thing.. Since purchasing this habitat, this is exactly what she needs! I do also plan on getting her something even bigger soon but this is something great and sustainable, especially if you have to worry about space in your environment and finances.One of the doors is slightly off (you’ll see in video) but personally doesn’t bother me. Plexi glass works well, just don’t forget to take the film off of both sides!My only small concern was the ventilation holes. If I add a lot of bedding or place her wheel a certain way, she could easily slip out. Luckily she is not a climber and the enclosure has depth, but just incase definitely be aware of that if your hamster is rebellious.ANYWAY, my hamster absolutely loves it and she has been non stop exploring. I’ve also noticed a huge difference in her behavior once transferring her over. We love it!

Perfect for my daughter’s Sarian hamster. We love the aesthetic of the product, and her hamster loves that he has plenty of room. Looks great, easy to put together, easy to clean, and critters seem to love it. Glad we bought this!

 Took me about 45 minutes to assemble! Used a phillips screwdriver and then a mini one for the latches. Good quality for my dwarf hamster.

A great size for my tiny dwarf hamster! Was extremely easy for my boyfriend to assemble! Shipping was super quick and I am just in love! I didn’t use the latches it came with as they were kind of flimsy, so I may add my own eventually. Just buy it!!

It was easy to put together, got it done in about 45 minutes and it's surprisingly sturdy. I think it's actually to big for my 1 hamster but hey plenty of room to roam around. I love it.

Shipped and arrived as expected. Easy to assemble with great instructions. The product itself however doesn't exactly match up to pictures.<br><br>1. The top lid doesn't align with the side of the cage so I can't place the hinges on the side (see pictures)<br><br>2. The top cover came scratched and had finger prints all over. I can clean it but as for the scratches it's minor and I'm sure in the future there will be more scratches (see pictures)<br><br>3. The clear cover piece for the front isn't exactly clear like advertised. I'm a little disappointed with this because I originally got this for the purpose to see our pets. Now I'm thinking of either calling to get it replaced or just go to a supply store and get one specifically cut out for it (see pictures)<br><br>Overall, it's a nice set up for the price.<br>_________<br><br>RE-EDITED:<br><br>After submitting my first review of this product, I had intentions to reach out to the seller to ask if I could recieve a new panel for the front, as mine wasn't see through. Much to my surprise, the seller had contacted me immediately after submission of my review.<br><br>It was my mistake to have not checked the panel. The seller informed me that the panel comes with a double sided protection film. See additional pictures. After taking this off, the cage is perfect! I cannot wait to place our baby hamsters in this.<br><br>Although I still cannot attach the hinges to the sides, the seller made sure to compensate generously for this, as well as, the scratches. I cannot say how pleased I am for the customer service provided. The seller is prompt to respond to any issues you should have and is very professional. As a buyer, I would definitely recommend this seller and product. Thank you!
