90-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items should be:
- In good resaleable condition
- With original packaging
- Including all accessories and parts
In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee incurred. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Please note that all refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Customized, personalized, clearance, and Final Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Faulty & Damaged Item Return Terms
After you receive and unbox your order, if the product is found to be faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect/short-shipped, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund service for you.
Please contact our customer support at sale@coziwow.com, and provide photos of the faulty item along with a detailed description, and we will handle your case promptly.
All shipping costs incurred by damaged goods, defective issues, or our shipping errors will be covered by Coziwow. All refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact our Customer Service team at sale@coziwow.com.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Reason for the return
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Product condition details (unopened, opened, assembled, etc.)
- Photo of the shipping label or PO# on the box
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The correct return address
Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed, refused, or become ineligible for refund processing.
Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days after the return instructions are issued. Customers must provide a valid tracking number after shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, Coziwow will cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement product
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Return label if necessary
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Damage or defect
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for free return service.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
All returned items are inspected before refunds are approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped:
- Interception or recall fees may apply
- Customers may also refuse delivery upon arrival
Refused deliveries due to customer preference may be subject to return shipping charges.
Please contact Customer Service immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Shipping address changes are only possible before shipment.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in good resalable condition, with original packaging and all parts included.
Replacement items will generally ship within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Warranty
Coziwow provides a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product quality issues under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pet-related damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper assembly
- Unauthorized modifications
- Commercial use

Can assembled products be returned?
Assembled products are not eligible for non-quality-related returns. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.
Can discounted or sale items be returned?
Regular sale items may be returned if they meet all return conditions. Clearance, final sale, customized, and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Is original packaging required?
Yes. Original packaging is generally required for all non-quality-related returns.
How long does refund processing take?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection of the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or return solution at no additional cost to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Free return shipping is only available for verified quality-related issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
