It is easy to move around with two people so I can change the cat’s location to keep them happy.     2 things: 2 people make this easier, and find your missing 10mm wrench because you'll need it toward the end. I think it was supposed to come with one, but ours was missing. Also, if you have even a mild allergy to cedar, you will be overwhelmed by the smell when you open the box. It's STRONG.

    Assembly was easy enough, well labeled and my husband and I didn't fight when we (mostly me) assembled it in just under 3 hours. Our toddler "helped" and the orange cat that wants to be outside screamed at us from the window the entire time.

    If you want to use this in conjuction with a window, make sure you remove the wire from the piece in the middle on the back, but keep the frame as it is structurally necessary.
