Tuna Cake

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 egg white
- ⅛ teaspoon shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 4 peeled, cooked shrimp
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 muffin cups with cooking spray.
- 2.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and then fill the muffin cups equally.
- 3.Bake for 15 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- 4.Plate the cake and garnish cakes with shrimp.
