Items must be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving the return address, with a tracking number emailed to us to avoid delays.

Return Process
You can request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery if the item doesn’t meet your expectations. Returned products must be in new, unassembled, unused, and resalable condition as when received. For pre-sale orders, refunds can be requested any time before shipment or within 90 days of delivery.
